Bronto is an organically funded business that was started in 2002 in Joe Colopy's bedroom in Durham. He and Chaz Felix recognized the need for a better way to do marketing - marketing that could be automated and measured and that would drive revenue for retailers.

Favorite thing about Durham
"Bronto's headquarters are located in the historic American Tobacco Campus in Durham," says Caroline Riddle, community marketing manager. "We love our location with restaurants, the Bulls, DPAC and a YMCA nearby. With Durham's vibrant art scene as inspiration, we've contributed a recycled metal sculpture of a Bronto in the ATC river."
