"We believe there is a huge opportunity in the web analytics space," says co-founder Shannon Bauman. "An opportunity to provide value to small and medium sized web-based businesses that are overwhelmed with data. Our goal is to simplify the analytics experience, and give them real solutions that will increase conversion rates."
Spring Metrics was one of the first seven companies accepted by LaunchBox Digital and shares one of his investors, Steve Vanderwoude, with Argyle Social.

Favorite thing about Durham
The energy and entrepreneurship. "Having a company in Durham really gave me a chance to see that this city has become a hub for entrepreneurs," says CEO Doug Kaufman, who moved to Cary from Washington, DC, almost ten years ago. "We could have started this business in other places, but they could not match Durham in terms of startup resources."
